It is Wednesday, March3, and we are still in Bariloche, at the southern tip of Argentina, in the Andes Mountains.

Update; We have stayed in Argentina this week watching the sad news of the devastation in Chile. It seems like a different world here over the other side of the Andes. We are looking into the American Red Cross to perhaps help out for the last week we here, but it looks like they are not organized for such endeavors yet.

Our plan is to take a 20 hour bus ride from Bariloche to Buenos Aires and then fly out that evening and 16 hours later arrive the next afternoon in Philadelphia. Is that right? 48 hours of travel, are we crazy?
Apparently our Eurovan-Westfalia, parked at a storage facility is buried under all the snow the east coast has received in the last weeks. We then drive west barring any battery or car maintenance. Due to the winter conditions, camping is out, some sight seeing is in, and homeward bound it is for the Mary Party of 4! Ketchum or bust. What a year.....
